Types of Scholarships and Conditions for Evaluation

1.International student scholarships include freshman scholarships, outstanding student scholarships and international craftsman college student scholarships.

(i) Freshmen Scholarship: This type of scholarship is used to award new international students who apply for admission to our university.

Criteria for 1. New Student Scholarship

(1) Scholarships for new students shall in principle be awarded once upon application for admission, except for new students with more than 10 students attending school in bulk;

(2) Payment of fees in accordance with the tuition fees for the major applied by international students;

(3) International students who are HSK superior to the third level receive an additional incentive of $300 per higher level.

2. conditions for granting scholarships

(1) The applicant is a freshman with a degree or certificate equivalent to that of a Chinese senior secondary school;

(2) The applicant must have foreign nationality, hold a foreign passport, be friendly to China and be in good health;

(3) Study hard, correct attitude, no arrears of all kinds of school fees phenomenon;

(4) to register on time and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese Government and the rules and regulations observed;

(5) New students who have reached the HSK level or above or have passed the corresponding Chinese proficiency test of the school, except those who have come to the school in batches of more than 10 students.

(2) Scholarship for Outstanding Students: This type of scholarship is used to reward international students with excellent academic performance and excellent academic qualities who have studied in our school for more than one year.

1. Outstanding Student Scholarship Level:

This kind of scholarship is divided into three grades: first class scholarship, second class scholarship and third class scholarship. Among them first class scholarship 8000 yuan, second class scholarship 6000 yuan, third class scholarship 4000 yuan. The evaluation is mainly based on the performance of international students in school. Applicants must be registered on time, normal school learners, suspended, suspended scholars are not within the scope of the review.

2. the conditions of scholarship evaluation for outstanding students: examination, examination results; study attitude and attendance; behavior performance and rewards and punishments;

(1) International students may apply for such scholarships at the end of the second academic year of their first academic year;

(2) The applicant must have foreign nationality, hold a foreign passport, be friendly to China and be in good health;

(3) Study hard, correct attitude, no arrears of all kinds of school fees phenomenon;

(4) To abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese Government and abide by the rules and regulations, without being criticized or disciplined by schools;

(5) To take an active part in all kinds of artistic, sports and cultural exchange activities or competitions, giving priority to those with outstanding achievements.

(6) Outstanding Student Scholarship Ranking: A comprehensive assessment of the performance of each subject of the student who has submitted an outstanding scholarship application, combined with other performance in school.

First Class Scholarship: No failing subjects, with an average score of 80 and above;

Second-class scholarship: no failing subjects, with an average score of 75 and above;

Third-class scholarship: no failing subjects, average score of 70 points and above.

(7) Non-international cooperation programmes, but students who have registered collectively for more than 10 students who have already received 50 per cent of the tuition fee standard scholarships may participate in the selection of outstanding scholarships, but the amount of awards at all levels is reduced by 50 per cent.

(iii) International Trades and Crafts College Scholarships: This type of scholarship is used to award international students in the International Trades and Crafts College project established outside our school.

1. International Student Scholarship Standards for International Crafts Colleges

(1) International students of the International Trades and Crafts Institute enjoy scholarships equal to full tuition fees and a full exemption from four to six room accommodation.

(2) A scholarship of 400yuan or 600yuan per month for outstanding students.

Criteria for 2. International Student Scholarship Award, International Trades and Crafts Academy

(1) International students shall belong to the students who are collectively sent to our school under the project of co-construction of the International Trades and Crafts College in cooperation with overseas institutions or institutions;

(2) Study hard, have a correct attitude, abide by the laws and regulations of the country of nationality and the Chinese government, abide by the rules and regulations of the institutions and institutions to which they belong, and have excellent academic performance, and have not been criticized or disciplined by the schools;

(3) To take the HSK Chinese proficiency test at or above level 4 during the study period of our school, the school shall grant an additional scholarship of 600 yuan per month, above level 3, and an additional scholarship of 400 yuan per month.

(4) International students of the International Trades and Crafts Institute will no longer participate in other awards such as scholarships for freshmen and scholarships for excellence.
