The School of Arts has seven majors, namely Building Decoration Engineering Technology, Interior Art Design, Advertising Design and Production, Animation, Apparel and Accessories Design, Apparel Design and Technology, and Music Education. At present, there are more than 1,300 students in this comprehensive School with a complete range of art majors. The School possesses a team of professional teachers with high-level technical skills who have won such honorary titles as "Golden Pointer Award", "Top-notch Teacher", "Inheritor of Intangible Cultural Heritage", etc. The School has invested more than RMB10 million in equipment to build a "National Culture Inheritance and Innovation Education Base" to meet the needs of advanced design concept, exquisite technological process and enterprise production mode, which consists of five sub-bases: Textile Technique Training Base (autonomous-region level demonstrative training base), Building Decoration Engineering Technology Training Base (autonomous-region level demonstrative training base), National Craft Product Design and Research Center, Art Education Training Center, and Creative Culture and Media Training Base.
