Training goals:
Centering on automotive, machinery, and metallurgical industries and focusing on industrial robotics and related electromechanical and intelligent manufacturing technologies, it aims to cultivate students who have both political integrity and professional competence, feature all-round development, and have good professionalism, knowledge, and techniques related to industrial robotics, electromechanics, and intelligent manufacturing. They will be competent in the design, development, operation, maintenance, repair, upgrading, transformation, and sales of industrial robots and related equipment of automatic production lines, and be equipped with core abilities of self-study, transferrable learning, good communication, and teamwork, so as to become international compound technical talent of "quality, management and innovation" with ideals and faith, craftsman spirits and superb skills.

We have jointly built off-campus training bases with Liuzhou Wuling Liuji Power Co., Ltd., Liuzhou Iron and Steel Board Subsidiary Factory, SAIC-GM-Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd., Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd., Guangxi Xineng Electric Co., Ltd., Liuzhou Cigarette Factory; we have conducted deep cooperation with Guangxi Automobile Group, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd. to provide technical services such as development of standards for vocational capability test and research as well as equipment transformation; we have conducted tripartite cooperation together with Guangxi Automobile Group and Shanghai ABB Engineering Co., Ltd. for building an industrial robot training center, through which we can carry out comprehensive, in-depth and active cooperation in the field of robot application technology, develop robot solutions, and promote the application of robot intelligent technology, so as to improve the application level of industrial robots and the level of intelligent manufacturing of auto parts.
