Lu Jingmao, the General Manager and other three persons of Hualiu Automobile, Ju Hongxia, the Vice President of Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College, and related leaders of College-Enterprise Cooperation Department, Teaching and Practical Training Management Department, and Automobile Engineering School, and all students of Order Class of Modern Apprenticeship System of Hualiu Automobile attended the ceremony. 

Founded in 1999, Hualiu Automobile owns the franchise of two automobile brands and 10 business platforms, covering automobile sales, maintenance, repair, decoration, registration, insurance, appraisal and replacement of used cars, and financial services and so on, with annual comprehensive revenue of RMB360 million.

On the signing ceremony, Lu Jingmao, the General Manager of Hualiu Automobile introduced the mission, purpose, development direction and development strategy of the company, proposed the modern development concept of “relying on talents, win-win cooperation, scientific management, attentive service, quality assurance and reasonable price” based on the company development, and expressed a thirst for talents and a focus on work of Order Class of “Modern Apprenticeship System”. 

It was reported that the modern apprenticeship system is implemented for nearly 50 students in the order class by taking advantage of holidays and the internship, and the two sides will carry out the training. The students are both apprentices and prospective employees. The teachers of the college impart theoretical and practical knowledge and skills, and the trainers of the enterprise carry out training according to work flow and post requirements of the enterprise, and integrate post requirements, work flow and practical skill requirements of the post into courses. Students can choose to work in Hualiu Automobile after the training. 

Ju Hongxia, the Vice President, affirmed the development achievements and great support for college-enterprise cooperation of Hualiu Automobile, expressed that “college-enterprise cooperation, order training, mutual reciprocity and mutual benefit and interactive development” are important ways to realize maximum benefits of the enterprise and the college, and put forward three points: the first is to make demands on the double duties and professional ethics of the students of the order class; the second is to expect that the young teachers will seize the opportunity to take advantage of platform of college-enterprise cooperation to communicate and cooperate more with the enterprises; the third is to expect that the college and the enterprise will broaden their fields of cooperation and increase cooperation. 

Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College cooperates closely with the enterprise to realize the pattern of mutual benefit and common development of college and enterprise, which not only brings a lot of high-skilled talents to the enterprise, but also contributes vitality to construction and development of the college.
