Energy Conservation Delegations of Government Office Administration of All 14 Prefecture-Level Cities Visited PV Power Generation Project of Our College

In the afternoon of March 8, led by Xiong Yisong, deputy director of District Government Offices Administration and accompanied by Li Yuping, deputy director of Liuzhou Government Offices Administration, directors and statisticians of energy conservation sections of each District Government Offices Administration under 14 cities with subordinate districts and 35 energy consumption statisticians of 12 units at district level under Industry and Information Technology Commission of the autonomous region visited the promotion and application outcomes of photovoltaic power generation on Guantang campus of our college. Qu Fan, vice president of our college, relevant leaders of the Logistics and Asset Management Office and the project construction partners received the guests.
As the delegations came to D1 dormitory reception hall of Guantang Campus, Liu Heng, deputy director of the Logistics and Asset Management Office briefed the implementation and energy-saving achievement of the solar photovoltaic combined air source heat pump energy-saving project of the college. The solar photovoltaic equipment in our college was installed in November 2016 and integrated into the National Southern Power Grid in July 2017. The PV modules are made of CIGS materials and the panel consists of 744 pieces of Hanergy SL2-135 thin-film modules, with the average photoelectric conversion efficiency of more than 14.4% and a lifespan of more than 25 years. The PV system includes 5 sets of Growatt2000UE (20KW each) inverters, the brackets of which can resist the wind pressure (0.3kn/m3) once in 50 years in Liuzhou. The installation area is 1,800 square meters and the installed power is 100KW. At present, the scale of photovoltaic equipment of our college ranks the top among the colleges in Liuzhoou.
Subsequently, the delegations visited the solar photovoltaic equipment on the roof of D1 student dormitory, further understood the use of the system. They affirmed the energy-saving transformation of the project and at the same time put forward advice and suggestions on the college’s energy saving efforts.
After the visit and inspection, our college carefully reviewed the advice and suggestions of the delegations, and further promoted and improved the college's energy-saving transformation work so as to further improve the energy saving demonstration and transformation work of public institutions.
