According to the introduction, the "Celebratory" Liuzhou river snail rice noodles don't need to be cooked but can be enjoyed after only five minutes in boiling hot water. The pickled vegetable used in this type of river snail rice noodles is made with ancient techniques, so it has a more mellow taste, thus giving the noodles a richer flavor. The "Celebratory" packaging was designed by teachers of LVTC, incorporating the landscape of Liuzhou, with the color cyan, which is mainly used in traditional Chinese painting, and the representative flowers of Liuzhou — the Chinese redbud, paperflower, and azaleas in the background. The three cartoon characters in traditional Chinese national costumes are named Sister Bamboo Shoot, Sister River Snail and Sister Beancurd Sheet; the highlight of the design is the pop-up "Liuzhou Surprise", "Big Industry of Rice Noodles", "People from Every Corner Love It", etc. The character type is a special movable-type printing model, which represents an organic fusion of historical heaviness and fun of the times.

After the "Blackboard" river snail rice noodles was jointly released by the School of River Snails Rice Noodle and "Liu Zhou Ren Jia" in November last year, the "Celebratory" Liuzhou river snail rice noodles became another type that implements the new development concept, which promotes the high-quality development of this industry.

At the event, the School of River Snails Rice Noodle and Liuzhou Musicians Association joined hands to launch an original music tour under the theme of Liuzhou River Snail Rice Noodles. At the same time, the School of River Snails Rice Noodle also launched a live course.
