From the News Center (Text by Zhang Jinyezi，International Exchange Office；Picture by Luo Shihua，the Publicity Department of the Party Committee) On the afternoon of September 29, Pang Zhiyong, Director of Liuzhou Foreign Affairs Office, Jin Jianqiang, Head of the Exit-Entry Administration Division of Liuzhou Public Security Bureau, and Zhong Hua, Deputy Director of Liudong Branch of Public Security Bureau, She Ying，Vocational and Adult Education division of Liuzhou Education Bureau and other related personnels came to LVTC to conduct a research on the management of international students. Wei Lin, the vice principal of the school of International Education ,gave a warm welcome and presided over the research symposium.

At the symposium, Wei Lin extended a sincere welcome to Director Pang Zhiyong and his entourage, and thanked Liuzhou Foreign Affairs Office, Education Bureau, Public Security Bureau and other relevant departments for their support to LVTC’s enrollment and management of international students, and then briefly introduced the basic information and international exchange work construction of LVTC, focusing on the enrollment of international students and the management of international students, and hoped that Liuzhou Foreign Affairs Office, Education Bureau, and Public Security Bureau will continue to vigorously support the work of LVTC, and deal with Sino-foreign cooperation projects and the application of residence permits for foreign students.

Pang Zhiyong affirmed the enrollment and management of LVTC’s international students. He pointed out that a number of international student management systems and measures promulgated by LVCT can effectively cope with and solve the problems faced by international students in the work of safety management, teaching management and risk prevention. At the same time, he put forward valuable suggestions on the daily management of international students for the school to carry out foreign exchange work.

Jin Jianqiang, head of the Exit-Entry Administration Division of the Liuzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, said that the management of foreign students is the focus of Liuzhou’s foreign affairs. He hoped that LVTC should strictly control the entrance of foreign students and complete the education of foreign students perfectly. He also expressed the readiness to cooperate with LVTC , doing its best to deal with the related matters. 

This survey has promoted the exchanges and communication between LVTC and Liuzhou Foreign Affairs Office, the Education Bureau , and the Exit-Entry Administration Division of the Public Security Bureau, laying a foundation for LVTC to further strengthen the management of international students.
