Students of LVTC won the third prize in the 8th Voluntary Blood Donation Speech Contest of colleges and technical secondary schools in Liuzhou

From News Center(Text & Picture by Gao Cuijin,  Communist Youth League Committee of LVTC ) To celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, promote the core socialist values, cultivate the spirit of dedication of young students, and promote more young students in colleges and technical secondary school volunteers to join the voluntary blood donation and to salute CPC's 100th birthday, hosted by the Communist Youth League Liuzhou Committee, Liuzhou Red Cross, and Liuzhou Health Commission , the 8th Voluntary Blood Donation Speech Contest of colleges and technical secondary schools was successfully held in Liuzhou City Vocational College on the morning of December 18, 2021.

The competition is entitled “Heart and Blood Stay Connected with the Party ”, centering on public welfare undertakings such as unpaid blood donation, and the moving deeds that emerged from the youth volunteer service of students in colleges and technical schools, such as unpaid blood donation and donation of hematopoietic stem cells. A total of 14 contestants from 14 colleges and technical schools participated in the competition. Student Huang Ruyi from LVTC won the third prize in the college group.

LVTC will continue to increase students’ awareness, concern, participation rate and popularization of unpaid blood donation and blood science knowledge, so as to contribute to the rapid development of social civilization and public welfare.
