Build an International Craftsman Academy through Trilateral Cooperation

On December 23, Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College, Liugong Machinery Co. Ltd., and Panyapiwat Institute of Management of Thailand held an online signing ceremony. The three parties cooperated to build ”Liugong-LVTC Global Customer Experience Center Thailand Branch”and Liugong-LVTC-Thailand International Craftsman College”，which is the second international cooperation for Liugong and LVTC after they cooperated with Saudi Arabia and Al-Qahtani Vehicle & Machinery Company in running schools overseas. Against the background of the “Double High “construction, Liugong’s global service upgrading, and Liuzhou as the first batch of pilot cities for the integration of industry and education in China, the school-enterprise international collaboration set a good example by contributing Liuzhou proposal and LVTC-Liugong  samples, which is an important exploration of Liuzhou’s vocational education accompanying Chinese enterprises’ “Going Global ”.

According to the signed MOU, Liugong is responsible for providing training ,teaching equipment and  technical support in this tripartite cooperation; LVTC is in charge of the output of vocational education standards, training teachers and accrediting students; Panyapiwat Institute of Management is responsible for site construction, general equipment investment and teaching organization and implementation. The three parties jointly educating Thai students according to Liugong’s order, and training Liugong’s overseas employees,distribution system and end-customer employees. The cooperation is performed in the mode of“Chinese + vocational skills”,making use of each other‘s advantages , and realizing the goal of vocational education to provide continuing talent supply and lifelong training support for Chinese enterprise's overseas development, and build a classic employment-oriented international cooperation  mode of enterprise’s in-depth participating in Chinese vocational education. In this cooperation, the exported courses by LVTC include Chinese courses. After the students of the Thai order class pass the professional skills and language assessment, the outstanding students will be awarded a scholarship jointly established by LVTC and Liugong and sent to Liuzhou for training and internship as seed technical backbones.

It is reported that after 63 years of development, Liugong currently has more than 300 distributors in more than 140 countries around the world, with 3 overseas production bases and 5 overseas research and development centers. In Thailand, Liugong has been deeply cultivated for 12 years with more than 50% of the market share of loaders . The cooperation between LVTC and Liugong has been continuously upgraded for more than 30 years, especially in recent years, the cooperation between the two parties has become more in-depth. According to incomplete statistics, in recent years, LVTC has trained more than 3,000 outstanding technical talents for Liugong.
