[Mechanical & Electrical Forum] Experts of Dongfeng Liuzhou Went on a Visit to LVTC for Giving Employment Guidance and Order Class Presentation

News from News Center (Text and Photos by Yin Yi, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering) In order to enable classes of 2020 to have a deeper understanding of the major and clarify their career development and goals, the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering invited two experts from Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., ltd., Liang Yu, Section Director of HR Department, and Shi Yuhe, Manager of HR Department to give employment guidance and Order Class presentation in the multimedia classroom T4-D401 of Guantang campus on the evening of May 24, 2022. More than 240 students from the School attended the lecture.

Before the lecture, Wu Kun, General Party Branch Secretary of the School, gave a brief introduction to Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd. and the two experts. Then Shi Yuhe shared her views on the internship and employment of college students. She focused on "Helping Students in Internship and Employment", and introduced the company background, company culture, company status, employment positions and benefits in detail. Liang Yu gave an explicit explanation on the specific application of relevant technical expertise in enterprises, gave valuable opinions and advice on how to plan careers, and encouraged students to positively seek employment. In addition, he explained the talent training mode, apprenticeship teaching method, internship employment and job promotion methods adopted by Dongfeng Liuzhou's "Commercial Vehicle Order Class" and "Experiment & Pilot Production Order Class". After the presentation, the two experts answered questions from the students. He reminded the students to learn their own abilities, identify their own positioning, and determine the direction of their future employment.

Through this Order Class presentation, the classes of 2020 have a deeper understanding of the current employment situation and the aim they should work hard for, laying a solid foundation for future   employment.
