Good News! Students from LVTC Win the Special Prize in the Guangxi Division of "Xuechuang Cup" National College Student Entrepreneurship Simulation Competition

Six teams, guided by the teachers from the School of General Education of LVTC, participated in the "Entrepreneurship Star" and "Marketing Approach" Competitions of the Simulation Competition, and won four special prizes and two first prizes at the autonomous region level.

Three teams fought hard with calm and finally won the special prizes at autonomous region level in the "Entrepreneurship Star" Competition. They are No. 1 Dream Team consisting of Jiang Feilong from Class 2 of E-Commerce (enrolled in 2021), Huang An from Class 1 of Music Education (enrolled in 2022), and Luo Yangling from Class 3 of Big Data and Finance Management (enrolled in 2022), No. 2 Dream Team consisting of Zhang Jinsheng from Class 3 of  Applied Technology of Intelligent Construction Machinery (enrolled in 2021), He Chunlong from Class 1 of Big Data Technology (enrolled in 2022), and Luo Qinfang from Class 1 of Interior Art Design (enrolled in 2022), and No. 3 Dream Team consisting of Liang Jianqiao from Class 2 of New Energy Vehicle Technology (enrolled in 2022), Deng Jielan from Class 3 of Big Data and Finance Management (enrolled in 2022), and Liang Huanjiao from Class 4 of Big Data and Accounting (enrolled in 2022).

One team won the special prize at the autonomous region level in the "Marketing Approach" Competition. It is No. 2 Dream Team consisting of Liao Jianxin from Class 1 of Electronic Information Engineering Technology (enrolled in 2021), Du Bijun from Class 3 of Big Data and Finance Management (enrolled in 2022), and Liu Jieyi from Class 2 of Modern Logistics Management (enrolled in 2022). Two teams won the first prizes at the autonomous region level in the "Marketing Approach" Competition. They are No. 1 Dream Team consisting of Qin Shuangmei from Class 1 of Food Inspection and Testing Technology (enrolled in 2022), Fan Meiling from Class 1 of Applied Technology of Computer Science (enrolled in 2022), and Wei Wenyi from Class 5 of Big Data and Accounting (enrolled in 2022), and No. 3 Dream Team consisting of Liao Lantiao and Xu Sai from Class 1 of Applied Technology of Computer Science (enrolled in 2022), and Huang Fangyu from Class 5 of Big Data and Accounting (enrolled in 2022).

Leaders of the School of General Education at LVTC attached great importance to the competition, and assigned experienced teachers from the employment and entrepreneurship teaching team to provide full guidance to the participating teams in theory, practice and psychology. The participating teams were made up of students from various majors in the secondary schools at LVTC. They trained hard in a virtual simulation environment to gain experience in operating and managing start-ups. In the competition, they cooperated with each other tacitly and calmly, completed the operation of start-ups and formulated effective strategies to resolve the risks of start-ups by means of specialized knowledge and skills learned by them, fully demonstrating the advantages of interdisciplinary teams. They finally stood out in the fierce competition.

This competition is a test of LVTC's quality and level of innovation and entrepreneurship education. The excellent results have demonstrated LVTC's leading position in the concept and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship education among the higher vocational colleges in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
