LVTC holds the closing ceremony for the first tailored class of LiuGong-LVTC International Craftsman College of Indonesia

Wei Lin, Vice President of LVTC, Zhang Ruitao, International Aftermarket Director of LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. (LiuGong), representatives from the International Human Resources Department and International Marketing Department of LiuGong, personnel from the Office of International Exchange and School of Automotive Engineering of LVTC, as well as all students from the first tailored class, attended the ceremony. Wu Zhaohui, Deputy Director of the Office of International Exchange, presided over the ceremony.
Before the commencement of the event, a video was played, providing a nostalgic glimpse into the lives and educational experiences of Indonesian students in LVTC over the past three months. Addressing the attendees, Wei Lin extended her heartfelt congratulations on the triumphant completion of the demanding 3-month training program, acknowledging the trainees' commendable learning achievements. She emphasized her desire for them to disseminate the knowledge acquired during their studies and to actively contribute to enterprise development upon graduation.
Zhang Ruitao offered his heartfelt congratulations to all students for successfully completing the training certification, despite facing various challenges. He encouraged them to approach the challenges they will encounter in their studies and lives with a positive and optimistic mindset. He also extended a warm welcome to them to join LiuGong.
The person in charge of the School of Automotive Engineering sent blessings to all students, hoping that they would embody the craftsmanship spirit of LVTC and LiuGong and utilize the knowledge they have acquired to contribute to their country and help the enterprises succeed, while also realizing their value.
The Indonesian student representatives shared their learning gains in Chinese, expressed their gratitude to LiuGong and LVTC, and expressed their expectations for successfully entering LiuGong after graduation.
It is reported that the trainees attending this closing conference are the first batch of trainees of LiuGong-LVTC Indonesia International Craftsman College built by LVTC, LiuGong, and Jakarta State Polytechnic. The primary objective of this college is to address the shortage of skilled labor in Indonesia. These trainees have spent a total of three months studying at LVTC. Moving forward, the three parties involved will analyze their experiences, enhance the training approach, cultivate more skilled individuals, and facilitate the growth of international markets.
